It also allows an employer to determine if the potential applicant has the skills needed for the job position, do their skills align with the needs of the organization and is the applicant willing to perform the duties of the job. A job interview can help the potential applicant present their job skills, learn more about what is required and expected to do the job to determine if the job is the right fit for the applicant's career.
